Arodx Vendor Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Arodx! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for vendors selling on our platform. By registering as a vendor, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Vendor Registration & Eligibility

  • Vendors must be at least 13 years old and provide all legal documents & certificates for verification.
  • Arodx reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend vendor accounts if they violate any policies.
  • Vendors must provide accurate payment details; Arodx is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect numbers.

2. Commission & Fees

  • Arodx charges a flat 5% commission per sale as a service & platform fee.
  • No extra withdrawal fees apply; vendors can withdraw any amount at any time without limits.

3. Product Listing Guidelines

Vendors must ensure that product details are accurate, clear, and professional.

  • Mandatory Information for Each Product:
    • Clear Title
    • Detailed Description
    • Concise Short Description
    • Correct Pricing
    • Accurate Delivery Instructions
  • Prohibited Products & Services:
    • 18+ content (Adult services, NSFW products, etc.)
    • Dangerous, harmful, or illegal products
    • Misleading or fraudulent listings

4. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Vendors must deliver orders within 24 hours of purchase.
  • If the product details do not match what was delivered, Arodx will cancel the order and issue a refund to the buyer.
  • Repeated failure to deliver or incorrect deliveries may result in vendor suspension.

5. Payment & Withdrawals

  • Vendors can withdraw earnings at any time without any minimum limit.
  • Payments will be processed to the vendor’s registered payment details; Arodx is not responsible for incorrect transactions due to vendor errors.
  • If a vendor chooses to disable or delete their account, they must first withdraw all available balance.

6. Fraud, Scams & Policy Violations

  • Fraudulent activities, scams, or misleading sales will result in immediate suspension of the vendor’s account.
  • Arodx reserves the right to terminate vendor accounts involved in fraudulent activities without prior notice.

7. Account Deletion & Support

  • If a vendor wishes to delete or disable their account, they must create a ticket on Arodx’s official Discord server to request account closure.
  • Vendors must withdraw their remaining balance before account deletion.

8. Final Terms & Modifications

  • Arodx reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Vendors are responsible for staying updated on any policy changes.
  • By using Arodx as a vendor, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
