Welcome to Arodx! By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
  • If you are under 18, parental permission is required to access our services. Failure to provide valid permission may result in restricted access, and no refunds will be provided.

2. Proper Use

  • Our products and services are strictly for personal use only.
  • You agree not to engage in illegal activities or violate these terms while using our services.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Data Security

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (such as usernames and passwords) secure and confidential.
  • Arodx is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

  • Arodx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

📦 Exchange & Return Policy

  • Unboxing Video Required: No product exchange will be accepted without an unboxing video.

  • Exchange Fee: A fee of 80 BDT must be paid for any exchange.

  • Wrong Product by Arodx: If Arodx sends the wrong product, the correct product will be sent again, and Arodx will bear the delivery charge.

  • Damaged Product: If a customer returns a damaged product, Arodx will not take responsibility. The customer must accept that product.

🎥 Product Check & Video Instructions

  • Product cannot be checked in front of the delivery person.

  • After receiving the product, record a clear video and share it with Arodx support in case of any issues.

  • Our support team will resolve your issue within 24 to 72 hours.

💰 Advance Delivery Charge

Advance delivery charges are based on product value:

  • Up to 1000 BDT – 120 BDT

  • Above 1000 BDT – 150 BDT

  • 2000 BDT – 200 BDT

  • 3000 BDT – 300-500 BDT
    ❗ No order will be confirmed without advance payment.

🔁 Return Fee

  • For any return, customers must pay a 100 BDT return fee.

📜 Terms & Customer Conduct

  • All customers must agree to Arodx’s terms and conditions before placing an order.
