1Digital Services
Due to the nature of digital services (web design, marketing, automation, custom software), we typically do not offer refunds once work has commenced or been delivered. Our "One Problem, One Service" model is designed to minimize risk by working in small, defined scopes.
2Digital Products
Digital products (templates, licenses, software downloads) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the license key has been generated.
3Project Cancellations
If a service project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund of any deposit may be issued, minus any administrative or processing fees.
4Disputes
We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a delivery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss revisions as outlined in your project scope.
