1Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2Service Scope
Each service engagement is governed by a specific scope of work defined at the time of purchase. Arodx is only responsible for deliverables explicitly listed in that scope.
3Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide necessary assets, access, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in client response may lead to project timeline adjustments.
4Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of custom-developed assets (websites, graphics) transfers to the client. Arodx retains ownership of any proprietary code, tools, or frameworks used to deliver the service unless otherwise agreed.
5Ethical Use
Our services may not be used for any illegal, deceptive, or unethical purposes. We reserve the right to terminate any project that violates this rule.
